An enthusiastic administrative assistant is required to join our central London office for an immediate start. Day to day tasks would include the management of the reception area, answering all inquiries the office receives and supporting the directors and architects with projects, publicity documents and reports. Alongside this there would also be the opportunity to develop a social media presence for the company including website design. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign would be a bonus but not essential. This post would ideally be suited for anyone looking to gain experience in a busy office environment.
