RIBA Part I/II (or equivalent) Architectural Assistants
There is a new opening for an RIBA Part I/II (or equivalent) Architectural Assistants to start immediately at our offices at Great James Street. This role will involve dealing with work on new buildings and historic listed buildings, either Grade I or Grade II. Applicants need to have experience working with Revit and be capable of putting together families of components for use as part of BIM models.

Administration Assistants required to assist with the day to day running of the office including undertaking a variety of tasks for the directors.
An interest in architecture is an advantage but not essential. Basic training will be provided in the use of design programmes and other software required for daily tasks in an architectural office.
Duties include but are not limited to:-Reception duties
-Personal assistant duties
-Scheduling meetings
-Procuring office supplies
-Basic maintenance around office
-Archiving
-Publicity, including submitting for awards and bidding for new work
-Updating website and social media
-Writing reports and submitting planning applications
-Project and product research
-Handling drawing packages
-Finance and billing
Skills desired include:-Minimum 2.2 undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
-Professional communication skills
-Professional organisation skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks whilst working to tight deadlines and under pressure in a busy office
-A keen eye for detail and care in one's own work
